Software and price
Software
We work with the most common Estonian programmes: Merit Aktiva, Directo, Erply and Standard Books. For expense documents we use CostPocket. If you already have your own programme, we'll carry on with it.
Price
Packages from €89 + VAT per month. Volume-based price €1.50 per entry (minimum €79 + VAT).
How we work together
- Introductory call. We talk about what your company needs (30 min, free).
- Offer. You get a fixed monthly fee, based on the number of documents and employees.
- Handover. We take over the data from your previous accountant and set up the digital tools.
- Monthly work. You send the documents, we do the rest and let you know if anything needs attention.

Can I change accountants in the middle of the year?
Yes. You can switch at any time, and we'll help make the handover smooth.
How do I send my documents?
The most convenient way is the CostPocket app or email. Bank transactions come straight from the bank into the accounting programme.
Do you also serve clients outside Tartu?
Yes. We work digitally, so location is no obstacle.
