An annual report submitted on time
We prepare annual reports for micro, small and audited companies and submit them to the Business Register. The annual report is your company's calling card for banks, partners and investors.

Deadline
The annual report must be submitted to the Business Register within six months of the end of the financial year. For a calendar year, the deadline is 30 June. If the deadline is missed, the Business Register may impose a fine and eventually delete the company from the register.
