Volume-based pricing
If your activity varies from month to month, you only pay for the work done. The price depends on how many entries are made per month.

The minimum monthly fee is €79. This applies if the amount calculated from the entries is below €79. If the accounting is done for a longer period at once, the minimum monthly fee does not apply.
The price assumes that the volume and complexity of transactions stay at the same level. If they increase significantly, we'll review the price together.

Financial controlling, financial management and diagnostics
Micro company: up to 10 employees, revenue up to €900,000, total assets up to €450,000. Small company: up to 50 employees, revenue up to €15 million, total assets up to €7.5 million (Accounting Act § 3).

Frequently asked questions
What is included in the price and what costs extra?
The package price includes everything listed in the package. If you have more expense documents or employees, we will suggest a larger package or charge the extra work at our hourly rate of 60 €/h. Nothing is added without your agreement.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. If your company grows or activity decreases, we change the package from the following month.
How does the handover from my previous accountant work?
We agree on a start date and help take over the documents and data from your previous accountant. If there are errors in the earlier accounts, we offer a clean-up service.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. VAT is added to all prices.
