You'll be a part-time CFO and strategic partner to our clients. You'll help company managers understand the numbers and make better decisions based on them.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing cash flow forecasts, budgets and financial models
• Setting up and analysing management reporting and KPIs
• Advising clients on investment, financing and profitability
• Communicating with banks, investors and auditors
• Preparing for audits and preventing risk areas

What we expect from you

• Experience at an audit firm or as an auditor
• Experience as a CFO or controller
• The ability to explain numbers simply and clearly
• Independence and a sense of responsibility

You'll make sure our clients' numbers are reliable and that management gets a clear overview of the company's results on time.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing monthly management reports
• Comparing budget and actual results and analysing deviations
• Quality control of accounting data
• Improving processes and reporting together with the team

What we expect from you

• Experience as a financial controller, analyst or chief accountant
• Good Excel and accounting software skills
• Analytical thinking and accuracy

• The confidence to communicate directly with clients and explain complex things simply

You'll be responsible for your clients' accounting from start to finish and be their trusted contact for all accounting questions.

Your responsibilities

• Organising and checking clients' monthly accounting
• Preparing tax returns and annual reports
• Supervising accountants and reviewing their work
• Advising clients on tax and accounting questions

What we expect from you

• Experience as a chief accountant or senior accountant
• Good knowledge of Estonian tax and accounting law
• A professional certificate is an advantage
• The ability to use AI tools and the courage to create automations that make the work faster

You'll take care of our clients' day-to-day accounting so that documents, tax returns and reports are in order and ready on time. Our clients include companies owned by e-residents.

Your responsibilities

• Recording purchase and sales invoices and bank transactions
• Payroll and submitting TSD, VAT (KMD) and other returns
• Preparing annual reports
• Communicating with clients about documents and questions

What we expect from you

• Experience as an accountant or a relevant qualification
• Experience with Merit, Directo, Erply or Standard Books
• English skills for communicating with e-resident clients
• Accuracy and a desire to develop
• The ability to use AI tools and the courage to create automations that make the work faster
