Hi, I'm Kaide-Liis Luht
Founder, CEO and CFO of KL Raamatupidamine. I graduated in financial management from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences (Mainor) and studied accounting and financial management at master's level at the Estonian University of Life Sciences. I have worked both as an accountant and as a CFO, and today I lead a team that serves companies across Estonia.
I have seen time and again that good accounting alone won't save a company from poor financial management. The numbers are there, but nobody looks at them with a business decision in mind.

How much does an accounting service cost?
Packages start at €89 per month (+ VAT). With volume-based pricing, one entry costs €1.50 and the minimum monthly fee is €79 + VAT. You'll get an exact price after a free introductory call.
Can I change accountants in the middle of the year?
Yes. You can switch at any time, and we'll help make the handover smooth.
Do you also serve clients outside Tartu?
Yes. We work digitally, so location is no obstacle.
Which accounting software do you use?
We work with the most common Estonian programmes: Merit Aktiva, Directo, Erply and Standard Books. For expense documents we use CostPocket. If you already have your own programme, we'll carry on with it.
What is the difference between an accountant and a CFO?
An accountant makes sure the numbers are correct. A CFO helps you use them to make decisions.
