Who we are
KL Raamatupidamine was founded by Kaide-Liis and Andrus Luht. Today our team includes CFOs, financial controllers, chief accountants and accountants, including an accountant who specialises in e-residents. Our clients are start-ups and growing companies, investors and Estonian companies with foreign owners.
We don't stop at correct accounting. As a company grows, we also act as its CFO: we help you see cash flow, profitability and the budget, and support strategic decisions.
We are now building KL Academyto share our knowledge more widely. The Academy is a training centre where entrepreneurs, managers and people responsible for finances learn practical financial management: from reading financial statements and forecasting cash flow to budgeting, investments and strategic financial management. The programme is led by Kaide-Liis Luht, and we bring in the best trainer for each topic.

Kaide-Liis Luht
CFO, financial manager and founder of KL Raamatupidamine
Kaide-Liis graduated in financial management from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences (Mainor) and studied accounting and financial management at master's level at the Estonian University of Life Sciences. She has worked both as an accountant and as a CFO, and today she leads the KL Raamatupidamine team.
Companies bring her in as CFO when they need more than monthly reporting: clarity on cash flow, growth financing and strategic decisions. Her clients range from start-ups to growing companies. She also runs the KL Finance Academy and free webinars for entrepreneurs.
I have seen time and again that good accounting alone won't save a company from poor financial management. The numbers are there, but nobody looks at them with a business decision in mind.
